2. Work on improving your relationship

Probably you and your partner have been together for a while and things are becoming drab and boring, working towards improving the quality of your relationship is a good way to combat loneliness. Think of activities that are of mutual interest to you and plan towards doing them together. Work on creating memories and have fun together. Feelings of loneliness can’t thrive where there is companionship.

3. Get a life

As much as it is important that you spend time with your partner, work on having a life of your own. You can even begin to get used to seeing each other too often and get bored by each other’s presence once it gets too much, but mingling with other people will help you avoid that. Socialise, make friends and go out, you most likely won’t have time to feel lonely by the time you are done.
