An ulcer is an open sore on the surface of an organ or tissue. Ulcers most commonly erupt in the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum, in which case they are known as peptic ulcers. About five million Americans have peptic ulcers.
Garlic also helps treat stomach ulcers. The antibacterial and antimicrobial properties of garlic can keep levels of the Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacterium in check, which contribute to the development of stomach ulcers.
To use, simply take two to three crushed garlic cloves followed by a [email protected] of water during the day.
Do this on a daily basis to ease inflammation in the stomach and prevent stomach ulcers.
